- New RegO high pressure first stage LP regulators now available-

TEECO Products, Inc. is pleased to present RegO’s first stage regulator for the 21st Century.
The new UL Listed first stage regulator will replace the LV2302TR. The LV3303TR is ideal for use as a first stage regulator on any domestic ASME or DOT container in propane gas installations requiring no more than 1.5 million BTUs/hour. Regulators are factory set to reduce tank pressure to an intermediate pressure of approximately 10 PSIG.

The LV3303TR features a compact design which can be connected to the service valve using either a POL adapter or a RegO products pigtail. Its ideal size fits easily inside domes or collars, and its large, threaded 3/8" bonnet vent can be easily piped away in underground installations without the need for glue kits or extra adapters.

A non-adjustable negative direct acting design helps to keep regulatory delivery pressures constant, even as tank pressures drop. Negative direct acting design provides for excellent performance when needed most--in cold weather, when tank pressures are lowest and system demands highest.

Its large 1/4" orifice helps protect against regulator freeze-ups. The LV3303TR incorporates a built-in 1/4" FNPT downstream pressure tap for easy in-line checks of the regulator’s downstream delivery pressure.

It has a molded diaphragm that provides an O-ring seal between the body and the bonnet, and is fully painted red for complete corrosion protection.

A great New Slide-N-Lock Tie Down System is now available from TEECO Products. With 7” and 22” aluminum rail lengths, the new Slide-N-Lock offers greater versatility by allowing full customization to your needs.

Slide-N-Lock offers the ultimate way to safely secure practically any type of payload. It features a minimum of 1,000 lb. load capacity, which can be increased by modifying mounting techniques.
It is available in silver and black, and each kit includes 2 aluminum rails, 2 stainless steel locking pins, and stainless steel mounting hardware. All Major components are machined out of solid 6061-T6 extruded aluminum stock and anodized for maximum corrosion resistance.

- Corken Coro-Vac - The OPD Purging Solution-

Corken leads the way with the Coro-Vac cylinder and tank purging solution designed to save you time and money.

Cylinder and tank air purging prior to LP-gas filling is currently a time-consuming, inefficient and potentially unsafe operation. The Coro-Vac system eliminates the need for multiple gas purgings, to dramatically save time, reduce waste, and limit employee exposure. Saves wasted product and simplifies the purging process. Prevents initial lean mixture problems. No need to vent LP-gas to the atmosphere. Flexible capacity to quickly purge one to ten or more cylinders in minutes.

NOTE: Purging is only required once, when putting new cylinders from the manufacturer into service for the first time. Remember, it is not necessary to purge cylinders after changing valves or requalifying.

- Plexco YELLOWPIPE
YELLOWPIPE PE 2406 Polyethylene Gas Pipe eliminates the corrosion problems inherent to metal pipe, resulting in increased service life. Less maintenance, less chance of leaks, less expensive.

Lightweight, flexible and easy to install, it is perfect for dependable, trouble-free gas distribution systems. The bright yellow color is a highly visible indicator of an in-ground gas line. YELLOWPIPE is IAPMO listed for LPG and natural gas service. It meets the requirements of ASTM D1248, D3261 and D2513, and DOT Title 49, part 192. The polyethylene it is fabricated from satisfies ASTM D1248 and D3350 standards.

Plexco YELLOWPIPE is available in 1/2" CTS, 1/2" IPS, 3/4" IPS, 1" IPS, 1-1/4" IPS and 2" IPS sizes (coil lengths only). 3" and 4" IPS is available on special order.

- Lycofit Polyethylene Fittings

LycoFit field assembly polyethylene compression couplings not only out perform all other mechanical couplings, they also outlast conventional socket and butt fusion joints when subjected to elevated temperature tests.

ASTM and DOT tested and approved, LycoFit has proven itself to be the “strongest” PE pipe joint achievable. For use with PE 2406 pipe, LycoFit’s simple design allows for easy, foolproof field installation with little possibility of error. Quicker and more economical to install than other types of fittings. A wide variety of assembly tools are available for any job. TEECO stocks couplings, elbows, tees, caps, reducers, transitions, risers and assembly tools in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" sizes.

TKX Gas Detector

Rapidly locate combustible gas leaks. High sensitivity (50 ppm), unique low power sensor, audio and visual leak indicator, adjustable tick rate for fast leak pinpointing, and includes earphone for noisy environments.

Full Circle swivel connector

The lightweight JO-1 swivel is designed as a hose end swivel to enable the filler valve to be rotated 360-degrees at maximum delivery pressure. It minimizes driver hose fighting and simplifies tank connections. The JO-1 is the only hose end swivel designed specifically for liquefied gas. It is ideal for delivery vehicles, but can also be used in any application where 360-degree rotation of a filler valve is required. The JO-1 features a full 1" bore to eliminate undue flow restrictions.

The JO-1 contains no rotating lip seal or O-rings to wear out. No lubrication, greasing or periodic maintenance is required. The unit incorporates two sealed radial contact ball bearings that support the male end to ease rotation. These bearings are sealed for life and need no lubrication or adjustment. All seal components are easily replaceable in the field.

RegO hose end valve

RegO’s quick-acting A7797 is designed to vastly reduce the amount of gas vented when disconnecting. Provides instant, full flow at the flip of a handle. Shuts off instantly and locks for safety. For maximum comfort, safety and speed during operation, the contoured handle swivels 360 degrees. Assures long, leak-free service by incorporating the spring loaded V-ring seal design used for many years in RegO globe and angle valves. Rated at 16 GPM flow capacity at 1 PSIG.

Dayco hose

Dayco’s new 7132 smooth cover spiral LP-gas hose offers important new benefits, while retaining all the performance characteristics of its predecessor. A modified tube and cover now allows operation at a wider temperature range, -40ºF to +150ºF. The hose does the work of two, eliminating the need for specialty, low-temp hose. Other improvements include improved abrasion, ozone and permeation resistance. TEECO has Dayco LP-gas hose available in cut and full-reel quantities.
