Thank you for using our new online ordering system. If the answer to your question is not found below, feel free to contact TEECO and we will reply ASAP and add the answer to this page if warranted.

How do I...

Activate my online account (Current TEECO customers only)?

Go to the LOGON page, click REGISTER NOW and follow prompts.

Apply for an online an account if I am not a current TEECO Customer?

You must first become a TEECO Customer. Click here to download Credit application.

Get my password if I forgot it?

In the Logon Page, Click  "Forgot Your Password?" type in email address associated with account and your password hint will be emailed to you. If you still cannot remember your password, call TEECO Irvine during normal business hours and we will de-activate your online account. You will then be able to choose a new password during the account re-activation process. We value your security and privacy, so we don't know your passwords either!

Change my password?

Log on to your account, Click My Account button and click Edit Info under Logon Information. 

Find items?

Use the search button or search for items by browsing through categories.

Place an online order?

Logon, find item you need by either browsing the categories, or using the search function, insert amount desired and click add to cart. Repeat process until you have added all desired items to cart and then click Checkout. You can also Logon, insert part numbers desired and quantity in Quick Order Pad and click Add to Cart. If you wish place order as is, click Checkout. To continue building order, click Continue shopping.

Pay for my order?

Upon submitting an order, your account is charged and an invoice is generated and sent on shipment, just like any other order.

Check on the status of an order?

Buy items for resale without getting charged sales tax?

Your account needs to be previously set up to purchase items this way. Most of our customers are set up in this fashion. The system will not charge sales tax if you are already set as a non-taxable customer.  Please call customer service at 800-225-6621 or email TEECO if you are unsure as to how you are set up, or if you need to be charged tax.

Buy items not for resale and get charged sales tax?

Please include the word TAXABLE in PO field along with your PO number for taxable PO's only. Please issue a separate purchase order for taxable and non-taxable items.

Buy some items taxable and others non-taxable on the same order?

This feature is not currently available online. Please issue a separate purchase order for taxable and non-taxable items. Please include the word TAXABLE in PO field along with your PO number for taxable PO's only. 

Add items to shopping cart?

From Search Results, Input amount desired and click add to cart. From a Favorites List, enter amount desired, check add to cart and click update List/cart button.

Delete items from shopping cart?

From SHOPPING CART, check Remove From Cart.

Build a favorite Items shopping list (and why would I want to)?

Click FAVORITES LIST and insert a name for your new list. Click Submit. Return to Either Item Search or Browse products and select an item. If you wish to add item to a favorites list, click ADD TO FAVORITES.

The Favorites lists are used to quickly locate and frequently purchased items in a single place. You can select individual items and quantities to order from the lists.

Delete a Favorite Items List?

Remove all items from list and exit window.

Delete items from favorite Items shopping list?

Click Favorite Items Button. Select a Favorites list form the drop down menu. Click submit. Select REMOVE. Click Update Cart/List.

Navigate the catalog?

By browsing: The catalog is organized by product category, and each item inside a product category is organized alphanumerically. Navigate by clicking a broad category, then select a more narrow category, until you reach the item you are looking for.

By using the search function:  Click ITEM SEARCH, Input part number or product description. It's best to use simple descriptions (one word if possible) rather than more detailed descriptions.

Use the Quick Order Pad (and why would I want to)?

Quick Order Pad allows you to enter part numbers and quantities to your shopping cart and expedite checkout process.

Review my account information?

Logon. Click MY ACCOUNT, Select choice desired.

Review open balances on my account?

Logon. Click MY ACCOUNT, Select OPEN BALANCES.

Get copies of invoices?

Logon. Click MY ACCOUNT, Select INVOICES. Enter an invoice number, click SUBMIT

or Enter a date range, click submit, 

or Simply click submit to view all invoices in your customer history sorted by date.

Look at my purchase history?

Logon. Click MY ACCOUNT, Select PAST PURCHASES. Enter an invoice number, or item ID. click SUBMIT

or Enter a date range, click submit,

or Simply click submit to view all your past purchase history sorted by date.

Check on open orders?

Logon, Click My Account, Click Open Orders. Or call customer service at 800-225-6621or  email TEECO.

Change my bill-to address?

For your security, this feature is not available online. Please call customer service at 800-225-6621.

Change my ship-to address?

For your security, this feature is not available online. Please call customer service at 800-225-6621 to add a ship-to address

Buy with a credit card?

For your security, and to prevent end-users from buying from TEECO, this feature is not currently available online. However, if you have a card on file and purchase using the card, we will charge that card. Please call customer service at 800-225-6621 to put a card on file.

Choose an alternate shipping method?

On checkout, specify your preference from the dropdown menu. If not listed, select OTHER and specify method wanted  in OTHER METHOD field .

Troubleshooting...

I can't log on

Have you registered for an online account? Did you use the correct password? Did you use the correct email address?

 

My password is not working

Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to enter upper and lower case letters, exactly as you did when you signed up.

Why is the system down?

Sometimes the system shuts down late at night for routine maintenance. Check again after 5AM PST .

 

Cookies enabled or disabled?

This website uses cookies. Your computer must be set to accept cookies in order to log-in and use the site's advanced features, including pricing and account information data. To enable cookies, Left click START>>Left click CONTROL PANEL>>Left Click INTERNET OPTIONS>>Left Click PRIVACY Tab>>Set to MEDIUM.

 

Pop-ups enabled or disabled?

Having Pop-up blocking enabled may reduce your ability to use certain functions in this site. See Instructions above to disable pop-up blocking.

 

I can't find what I'm looking for

Your item may be special order. If you are using search function only, try searching by browsing categories. Please call customer service at 800-225-6621 or email TEECO.

General

Are there quantity breaks?

On selected items, yes. Click Price to see breaks available.

 

Is the system information current?

System information is "live" and current.

 

What does "out of stock" mean?

It means the item is temporarily out of stock or is a special order item. Please call customer service at 800-225-6621 or email TEECO for a lead time.

 

Where will my items ship from?

TEECO determines the best shipping point depending on where the item is located.
