Homestead Patio Heater 

The Homestead was designed to withstand the rigors of commercial use, yet it is priced like a residential unit. Party rental companies, restaurants, hotels and discriminating homeowners prefer the Homestead over other brands because of its high quality and reasonable price. Input AGA rated at 40,000 BTU/hr. 

Spun aluminum reflector: Sturdy spun aluminum reflector is designed for optimum infrared heat reflection to the largest possible area. Heater casts a 12-15 foot circle of sun-like radiant warmth. 

Stainless steel head assembly: For durability, the Homestead’s head assembly is constructed entirely of high quality 304 stainless steel. 

Patented safety brass gas valve: The patented brass gas valve was designed exclusively for the Homestead’s typical heavy outdoor use. It also ensures gas shutoff in the event of gas flow disruption. 

Matchless ignition: The piezo electric ignition makes lighting the Homestead a snap —every time— without worrying about matches or batteries. No electricity needed. 

Strong neck sleeve: Unique slide-in design distributes load stress evenly, keeping the Homestead standing straight after years of use. 

Tip resistant design: The Homestead can be tipped to an angle of 45and will safely return to a standing position. 

Easy set-up and teardown: The Homestead can be disassembled into three lightweight pieces for storage or transport. 

Reinforced base & Moisture-repelling base fill: The Homestead’s base features a unique steel plate reinforcement which prevents cracking. The base is filled with moisture-repelling quartzite that lengthens the working life of the heater by preventing rust. 

Colors: LPG model available in white, powder coated gray, stainless steel and hunter green. Natural gas model available in stainless steel. 

Warranty: Two year warranty for residential applications, 1 year warranty for commercial applications. 

Replacement parts: A complete assortment of parts is available for the Homestead should anything need replacing. For parts, see Heaters Section, page J2. 

Touch-up paint: Perfect-match touch-up paint is available. 

AGA & CGA approved: The Homestead is approved by the American Gas Association and the Canadian Gas Association.
