Two configurations available for 20 lb. DOT cylinders or 33/43 lb. forklift cylinders (cylinders not included.). 16 gauge punched and formed steel construction. Reinforced back for added durability. Large, tamper-resistant lockable door. Rust-resistant powder coating. Meets requirements of OSHA Subpart H Sec. 1910.110; NFPA 58-1989, 5-4.2.1 and California Title 8, 492, I. Installation may be subject to local codes and restrictions. Shipped fully assembled. 72"H x 32½"W x 37¾"D.

Cylinder Vise
Fits up to 18” diameter cylinders. Mounts on 3" to 5" diameter posts (with optional clamp kits). Non-slip flexible nylon straps. Ratchet latch . Available CV-2 cylinder platform will accommodate 20 to 100 lb. cylinders. It securely slides into position.

Methanol & Injectors
TMI Methanol Injectors
The TMI series methanol injectors allow simple, efficient and inexpensive injection of anhydrous alcohol (methanol) into LP-Gas storage tanks. The TMI allows methanol injection to be done at the same time as tank filling. The methanol is carried into the tank along with the fuel, reducing the number of separate procedures required and eliminating time-consuming hand pumping. Pressure tested to 500 psi, the TMI is durable and long lasting. Two models are available. The TMI-1QL is fitted for liquid phase injection, while the TMI-1QV is fitted for vapor phase.

Methanol
99.85% pure absolute anhydrous alcohol. For neutralizing moisture in ASME LP-Gas storage tanks. Use a minimum of 1 pint per 100 gallons of water capacity of the container.
