Algas-SDI Electric Vaporizers
Power XP and P Series
Power XP and P series electric vaporizers are explosion proof, and meet Class I Division I Group D requirements of NFPA 58 and 70 and are FM, CSA and CE approved. Multiple heating elements cast into a finned aluminum heat exchanger provide energy for vaporization. A solid state controller monitors the heat exchanger temperature and regulates the on/off cycle of the heaters at predetermined temperatures. The vaporizer requires approximately 50 seconds to attain operating temperature from a cold start. Pressure vessel design pressure is 250 psig, test pressure is 375 psig. Operating temperature is 190° F.

Zimmer
The Zimmer is a dry electric , feed through vaporizer suitable for light industrial, commercial, transportation, and portable applications. Operates on any voltage (100-240 Volts, Single phase AC or DC). Small, light-weight, tank and wall mountable. Explosion-proof. Very few parts, low-maintenance. No corrosion, no water to monitor. High quality and low price. Get full capacity out of tanks and cylinders and improve service to your customers. The Zimmer meets Class I Division I Group D requirements of NFPA 58 and 70. CE and UL approved. Design pressure is 250 psig. Available tank mount kit allows dealers to complete the piping assembly in the comfort of their shop. Once assembled, the kit mounts directly to any horizontal tank. Liquid piping connects to standard 3/4” Check Lock fittings. No need to evacuate tank, and piping attaches directly to mounting bracket.
